I am Yuvraj Rana, an Advocate in Delhi, running an established independent practice in Delhi since the last 3 years. Why I started this website?
I started this website with the aim to provide quality legal assistance to the common man at the very onset or the first stage of a legal dispute, that is sending a legal notice. Whether you have sent a legal notice or not can be a determining factor in many instances, for example sending one within 30 days of cheque bounce is an essential for a suit under section 138 NI Act. I am not here advertising my solicitation services, that is a later stage, but just to begin getting your recourse and get the wheels of legal proceedings working, is where this website and the services I am offering through this website come into play.
